During the past several years, Caltrans District 4 has been working with the surrounding communities and stakeholders to plan and design a complete rehabilitation of El Camino’s roadway, restore the Howard-Ralston Eucalyptus Tree Rows, reduce localized flooding, improve visibility, and enhance pedestrian access consistent with ADA standards.
